Content Patch: Bank

This very small content patch adds a very useful bank that you may use to store your extra gold in order to not lose it when dying.

New Features
- Buffs now have visual icons that are shown in your character screen, in combat and the mini-health-bar.
- There is now a bank in Greentree. Deposit your extra gold so you won't lose any of it when dying.
Changes
- The day change event has been enabled! The "Beta-lounge" in Greentree will still be available for testing, however.
- The Beginner's Guide has been slightly revised.
Bugfixes
- It is no longer possible to log in twice with a character that is already online.
