Bugfix Patch: Important combat fixes

This patch implements 2 important combat-related bugfixes and also makes it easier to log in to Legacy of Able.

New Features
- After logging in, your account name is stored in a cookie on your computer to allow for faster re-logging later. You may clear the cookie before logging in at the main page.
Changes
- None
Bugfixes
- Exploit fixed that allowed players to switch to another PVP target while in combat with another.
- Players that die while attacking any mob or player will now properly be healed to full health when resurrecting. Also, the experience and gold penalties were not being applied in this case, but this has now been corrected.
